Family Place, a family entertainment centre in Guayaquil, Ecuador, has implemented Semnox’s cashless debit card system.
With several arcade, redemption and video games at the centre, Family Place is one of the newest attractions in the western part of Ecuador. The entire centre is managed by Semnox’s 3.4ins colour display readers for games with its Parafait inventory and redemption management, making the centre completely cashless.
“With Guayaquil being the largest and the most populous city in Ecuador, FECs are a very serious business here. After considering several companies we concluded that Semnox is best suited for our business and offered all the functionality that was required to streamline our operations and make our centre go completely cashless,” said Carlos Zurita, owner of Family Place. “I am also very impressed with the speed of implementation and the support that was provided to our staff in getting them trained on the new system.”
