The largest trade show in the amusement industry, IAAPA, opens its doors for a four-day run today at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida, US.
It is expected that close-on 30,000 industry professionals from more than 100 countries will assemble in Orlando for the event which majors on theme park and amusement park equipment.
However, it also has a strong section for coin-operated games and family fun attractions such as laser tag, soft play, climbing walls, aerial walkways and zipwires and associated activities.
Last year the show topped 1,000 exhibitors and 28,000 attendees of whom 17,000 were designated "buyers". The 2013 show covered over 500,000 sq.ft making it the largest IAAPA in 10 years.
