Steven Wroe has joined the Reflex Gaming team, taking on the role of customer support technician.

Wroe, who will be reporting to Colin Wagner, the UK-based company’s technical after-sales support manager, “adds strength” to the department, managing director Quentin Stott said.

“Due to the massive expansion that Reflex has undergone in the last couple of years, we now have a large number of products in operation and we are keen to ensure that our customers have the best possible support for them,” Stott said.

Wroe previously worked for SWD Games, Blueprint Gaming and Mazooma Games, as well as operator Stretton Leisure.

“It is great to be joining Reflex Gaming at such an exciting time,” said Wroe. “The company has product for almost every category of machine and is one of the leading suppliers to the retail sector.

“I will have an opportunity to deal with customers large and small and look forward to ensuring they receive a great after-sales service.”
