In the US, Dizzy Family Fun Centre in Longmont, Colorado, has selected Semnox as its preferred cashless debit card system provider.
The FEC features over 40 games, laser tag, a children’s play area and a party rental space. Semnox has installed around 40 wireless card readers for the game machines and a self-service kiosk to issue and recharge cards.
The Indian systems specialist partnered with Mercury Payment Systems to develop an integrated credit card processing interface to accept credit card payments at the kiosk and the point of sale.
Its Parafait system is also being used to manage the sale of food and beverage items, as well as party packages.
“Dizzy Family Fun Centre’s choice to implement Semnox’s Parafait system at its family entertainment centre is a testimony to the quality of our product lines, as well as our customer service, which is something we really focus on,” said Raghunath Saligrama, who heads up Semnox’s North American business. “With our robust development team, we have been able to incorporate the latest technology and at the same time maintain high levels of security for credit card payments.”
