The European street market potentially offers cabinet manufacturer Hong Yen significant future opportunities, the company’s Jerry Liu explained.

Speaking to InterGame at the ICE Totally Gaming show in London earlier this month, Liu said he expected to sell more cabinets into the street market going forward.

“There maybe new opportunities in the Italian market as legislation changes,” he said. “We may also possibility find new partnerships within both the VLT and AWP markets.”

At ICE, Hong Yen presented a broad range of cabinets, demonstrating its capacity to produce products across the gaming spectrum. Among these were new models for bingo, casino slots and a new i-gaming kiosk.

Overall, the show was “positive,” Liu said. “We’ve had a lot of new enquiries from new customers.”
