“We recently relocated to a larger, shiny new service centre to enable us to expand our range of products that we repair,” said SCC’s Jay Knott, noting that this was coupled with investment in new diagnostic tools and infrared network systems. “We have invested in state-of-the-art oscilloscopes, infrared preheaters and surface mount rework stations. This gives us in-house repair capabilities to repair boards that would previously have to be sent overseas.”

SCC also boasts a telephone support team that is on hand to deal with technical and set-up enquiries relating to customers’ new and used machines.

“We have regular product training sessions with our service team to enable us to offer the best possible support,” Knott added.
