Apex Gaming’s Pinnacle gaming machine has been installed in several venues in Romania.

The cabinet, which features dual 22ins monitors, has been placed in properties in cities such as Bacau, Suceava and Cluj by the company’s Romanian distributor, Innogate Trade.
