Fifteen parties have submitted letters of interest to the Missouri Gaming Commission to acquire the state's 13th and only remaining casino licence.

The commission will hold a meeting with the bidders on May 18 in Jefferson City to review statutory criteria and discuss how long it will take the parties to submit their applications.

Missouri’s 13th and final gambling licence will become available in July when Las Vegas-based Pinnacle Entertainment closes its President riverboat casino in St Louis.
