South African operator Sun International has signed a deal to equip 877 machines with Atronic's Crystal.net management system.
The company currently uses Crystal Web and is set to benefit from its current platform’s compatibility with Crystal.net, allowing for a seamless transition to the new system. Crystal.net is designed to maximise revenues, reduce maintenance downtime and streamline casino operations by combining power, efficiency, flexibility and entertainment.
“Staying ahead in today’s highly competitive gaming arena Sun International will install Crystal.net,” said Des Whitcher, director of gaming development and slots at Sun International. “This new player tracking interface will enhance the overall customer experience through stunning graphics, personalised messaging and a variety of bonus concepts.”
