The Class III FireKeepers Casino, located in Battle Creek, Michigan, US, has opened its doors after nearly 10 years of planning.
The $300m property features 107,000sq.ft of gaming floor, as well as several lounges and five new restaurants.
The gaming floor includes over 2,680 slot machines, 78 table games, a 120-seat poker room and a 300-seater multi-purpose room that will be used for bingo.
“We are thrilled to open this magnificent property to the public,” said R Bruce McKee, general manager of FireKeepers Casino. “Michigan has waited patiently for jobs and for the fantastic dining and entertainment options that FireKeepers has to offer.”
