Beacon Events has announced its line-up of gaming events in the second half of 2009 and first half of 2010.

Even though the partnership with Clarion Gaming has ended following its restructuring and the departure of its most senior staff, Beacon remains committed to the Asian gaming market and plans a wide portfolio of events, including the Asian Gaming Regulation and Investment Summit, iGaming Asia Congress and Asian Sports Betting Summit.

In addition, plans are in the pipeline for country specific programmes in Australia, Cambodia, Japan, Korea and Singapore, providing a comprehensive overview of these markets with site visits to some of the newest venues.

Based in Hong Kong, Beacon Events is well placed to deliver Asian-focused events that the market needs. With a senior gaming team comprising over 40 years’ experience in the conference industry, the events promise to continue delivering key networking, learning and sales opportunities for all involved.
Gaming conference director Rosalind Wade said: “Over the last two-and-a-half years, we have been working with the leaders in both land-based and online gaming in the Asia Pacific region and have built up an enviable network of contacts.

“We recognise that this is a distinct and unique market place, with each country having a different identity and different ways of doing business. Our aim, therefore, is to provide the global gaming industry with insights into these specific markets from those who are on the ground doing business here.”
