Atlantic City's casinos reported a 14.2 per cent decrease in monthly casino win in April, according to figures from the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

The city’s 11 casinos reported $313.6m in casino winnings, of which $330.6m came from slot machines and $92.9m from table games. Slot revenue fell 14.9 per cent, while table game revenues decreased by 12.5 per cent.

For the first four months of the year, casinos won $1.3bn, down 15.7 per cent form the same period last year. Revenue from slot machines is down 16.5 per cent and revenue from table games is down 14 per cent for the four months.
