Penn National Gaming subsidiary Penn Hollywood Kansas has filed a licence application with the Kansas Lottery Commission to be considered as a lottery gaming facility manager in the north-east gaming zone in Wyandotte County.

The company plans to develop a Hollywood-themed facility featuring 72,500sq.ft of gaming space, a 250-room hotel and food and drink outlets. Its proposal includes a gaming floor designed for 2,000 slot machines and 58 tables.


"Our project is fully master-planned to effectively address growing consumer demand, with an anticipated $180m investment above the immediate initial $320m committed in the first phase of construction."
