Last month, OpenBet proved again that there are solid moves to be made in the North American gaming markets, even as the possibility of a poker-only bill seems to be fading in the US.

Our latest agreement with US gaming supplier Shuffle Master will see us offer its proprietary table games – including Three Card Poker and Casino War - to the online gaming offerings of Canada’s lotteries, including Loto-Quebec and British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

Gavin Isaacs, chief executive at Shuffle Master said the deal was part of his company’s strategy to “leverage our intellectual property online” and in this aim his company is not alone.

OpenBet has similar deals with the likes of IGT, Endemol and Novomatic. These are some of the biggest names in gaming and entertainment and this is a vital crossover area. We see huge benefits from matching our technological expertise and online experience to great creative ideas, whether they come from the world of land-based gaming or from other media such as TV and films.

These deals prove that as well as providing a platform, we can work with integrated partners to provide solutions and content tailored to our customers’ jurisdictions.
